Job summary

American Automobile Association Mountain West Group is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist in Walnut Creek, CA. Hybrid role requiring three days in the office; you will develop and execute paid digital marketing programs, manage agencies, and optimize campaigns.

You will write complex briefs, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-impact communications while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience with digital paid campaigns.
• Direct Marketing Association Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and manage marketing and/or advertising programs to meet digital marketing objectives.
• Write and gain approval of complex marketing briefs.
• Identify trends and findings to improve future program performance. Conduct ongoing program testing, e.g. A/B.
• Work with internal and external business partners including leadership team members to develop complex multi-tiered communication plans.
• Act as vendor and agency relationship owner.
• Manage budgets for multiple programs which are complex in nature. Manage monthly budget reforecast and variance explanations.
• Manage ad-hoc projects.
