Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing project and/or program management in-house or agency.
• Proven ability to manage omni-channel marketing initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing Leadership to translate priorities into clear project plans, resource plans, workback schedules, dependencies, and timelines.
• Manage cross-functional workflows from intake through launch and post-campaign review, ensuring on-time delivery and scope adherence.
• Clear blockers, drive decisions, manage dependencies and risks, and hold teams to commitments and deadlines.
• Lead end-to-end creative workflow across advertising, digital, social, email, print, video, and signage assets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Media to prioritize work and optimize production schedules.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, reviews, approvals, and leadership checkpoints for alignment.
• Maintain and utilize the department’s system of record (e.g., Asana) for intake, prioritization, scheduling, and tracking.
• Monitor project health, resource capacity, budgets, and readiness through dashboards and stakeholder updates.
• Establish and improve project management standards, templates, and documentation.
