Jordan’s is seeking a Marketing Program Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and workflows to marketing initiatives across the organization. This hybrid role, based in Dedham, MA, connects Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Ecommerce, PR, Retail Operations, and agency partners.
You’ll translate strategies into actionable plans, remove blockers, and keep campaigns on time and in scope from intake through launch.
Jordan’s is looking for a Marketing Program Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and workflows to marketing initiatives across the organization. As the operational leader intersecting Brand Marketing, Creative, Media, Ecommerce, Public Relations, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and external agency partners, you’ll turn marketing strategies into clear project plans and keep complex work moving from intake through launch. This is your opportunity to streamline workflows, remove roadblocks, align stakeholders, and help a growing marketing team deliver exceptional work. This position is located out of our Dedham MA location, working Monday - Friday a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Connect teams, priorities, timelines, and resources so every initiative has a clear path from idea to execution.
Manage the end-to-end process for all marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives from intake and planning through production, launch, and post-campaign review.
Create practical workflows, tools, and standards that improve efficiency, accountability, consistency, and transparency across the marketing organization.
Give every initiative a clear plan, owner, timeline, and decision path so teams can deliver with confidence.
Bring Brand, Creative, Media, Ecommerce, Public Relations, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and agency partners together at the right points in the process, with clear roles, responsibilities and cross-functional milestones.
Create a reliable portfolio view of active work, project health, resource capacity, risks, budgets, and campaign readiness.
Build consistent processes, templates, and documentation that reduce bottlenecks and make it easier for teams to do their best work.
Turn operational learnings into practical changes that strengthen future planning, production, and execution.
Provide clear, timely reporting and planning materials that help senior leaders understand priorities, progress, risks, and next steps.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

$90,000 to $112,000 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. The final range will reflect what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
