Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials across print and digital channels.
• Create and adapt layouts using established brand standards, templates, and guidelines.
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, large-format, and other marketing applications.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage marketing assets, file organization, and version control.
• Review proofs and final deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Ensure proper file setup including bleeds, trim, color management, image resolution.
• Create and optimize marketing assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Position Overview

Concentric Corporation is partnering with a growing organization to identify a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Production Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing materials across print and digital channels.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys taking marketing concepts and turning them into polished, production-ready materials. While graphic design skills are important, this position is primarily focused on marketing production, layout development, content updates, vendor coordination, and maintaining brand consistency.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong in Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Lafayette, IN | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain marketing materials across print and digital channels
• Create and adapt layouts using established brand standards, templates, and creative guidelines
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, large-format, and other marketing applications
• Coordinate with printers, promotional suppliers, agencies, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
• Manage marketing assets, file organization, and version control
• Review proofs and final deliverables for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
• Ensure proper file setup, including bleeds, trim, color management, image resolution, and artwork packaging
• Create and optimize marketing assets for email campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Support website content updates and ongoing digital marketing initiatives
• Assist with trade shows, events, promotional materials, and other marketing programs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal marketing and business teams to execute marketing initiatives efficiently

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing production, graphic design, creative services, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes
• Experience preparing production-ready files for a variety of formats and channels
• Strong knowledge of file formats, image resolution, vector and raster graphics, color management, and asset optimization
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

• Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Experience with CMS and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
• Experience creating assets for email marketing and social media
• Website content management or digital marketing experience
• Experience coordinating with print vendors, promotional suppliers, or creative agencies
