Job summary

The Hartford is seeking a Marketing Production Designer to join our financial services marketing team. You will design and productionize marketing materials, build branded data visualizations, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across layouts in InDesign.

You will format copy, export print- and web-ready files, and QA deliverables while collaborating with piece owners to manage a shifting queue in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in InDesign with templates and style sheets.
• Experience creating data visuals and charts with accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for chart data.

Responsibilities

• Produce white papers, brochures, and marketing collateral in InDesign.
• Create brand-ready data visualizations using live data.
• Format copy and ensure brand typography and alignment.
• Prepare print- and web-ready files and coordinate with vendors.
