Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of print production, pre-press requirements, and digital file preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment.
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines and templates while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Video editing and web design experience are not required.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute layouts for product fact sheets, whitepapers, sales decks, and other marketing collateral using existing templates and brand guidelines.
  • Design and prepare print-ready files for trade show booths, large-format banners, event signage, and other environmental graphics.
  • Create digital graphics and social media assets aligned with campaign branding.
  • Prepare and pre-flight files for print and digital production, ensuring proper bleeds, resolution, color profiles, and export specifications.
  • Maintain consistent visual standards and brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, mid-level Freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative team on an intermittent, project-based basis. This production-focused role will handle high-volume design and execution while maintaining strict brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.

Workload will vary based on internal needs, with some weeks requiring up to 20 hours and others requiring no hours. This is an opportunity to build an ongoing relationship with a reliable designer who can support project sprints as they arise.

  • Work Style: Ideal for a reliable freelancer interested in an ongoing, intermittent relationship with a creative team.
Portfolio Requirement

Please submit a portfolio demonstrating production-focused design work, including examples of multi-page layouts, event or large-format signage, marketing collateral, and social media campaigns.
