Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in the Greater Nashville area seeks a Marketing Production Designer to support enterprise marketing operations. The role focuses on creating and maintaining reusable InDesign templates, applying client updates, and ensuring accuracy in regulated environments.

You will work with DAM/CMS tools, manage version control, and contribute to automation and scalable content practices with a collaborative, deadline-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on production experience developing and maintaining reusable marketing templates in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign (paragraph/character styles, Data Merge, preflight, layers, PDF exports) and CMS/DAM platforms.
• Background in direct mail, print production, or marketing communications within regulated environments (insurance/financial services/healthcare) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain production-ready Adobe InDesign templates using Master Pages, styles, layers, and dynamic content fields.
• Implement client updates such as logos, disclosures, regulatory language, QR codes, and contact details across templates.
• Upload, tag, and organize marketing collateral within DAM and CMS following governance and metadata standards.
• Perform quality control and production testing on proofs for variable data, personalization, images, branding, and URL/QR functionality.
• Maintain version control, change docs, and production standards to minimize errors and rework.
• Identify and recommend workflow optimizations to increase automation and streamline campaign release cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during onboarding and daily production operations.

This role focuses on creating, updating, and maintaining reusable marketing templates and client-specific assets across direct mail, digital, and web channels.
