Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of talent and performance management processes.
• Coach leaders with insights on people, teams, and growth.
• Use data to identify trends and influence decisions on talent, performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and issues.
• Analyze organization effectiveness and advise on structure alignment with strategy.
