Ayu Strategy Group is seeking a Marketing Partner to help expand our impact across sectors. This is a performance-based, commission-only role for an independent contractor, not a salaried employee. You'll have complete freedom to market in your own way and on your own schedule.

We’re a consultancy of senior content strategists, ESG experts, and creatives helping mission-driven brands—nonprofits, universities, and ethical businesses—turn their purpose into influence.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote our services (content strategy, ESG, coaching, and leadership) to purpose-driven clients
• Use any channels or approaches you prefer—social, email, events, partnerships, etc.
• Leverage your network to create introductions or drive interest
• Collaborate with our team to align messaging and materials

Ideal Experience:

• Background in digital marketing, brand development, or business development
• Existing network in the nonprofit, education, sustainability, or purpose-driven business world
• Analytical mindset and self-starter energy

Compensation:

This is 100% commission-based with no base salary and no earnings cap. Compensation is tied directly to contracts or clients you help generate.
