  • Present and elaborate on the sponsor’s ideas for selecting primary endpoint indicators.
  • Assist the client in reviewing and refining the clinical protocol.
  • Engage with other PIs to ensure alignment and consistency in study execution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on extensive experience in ophthalmology.
  • Support the client in preparing for FDA communications and meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for regulatory submission and approval.

Qualifications:

  • M.D. or equivalent degree in Ophthalmology.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the field of ophthalmology, cataract treatment experience preferred.
  • Experience in clinical trial design, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines related to ophthalmology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for remote work and occasional travel if required.
