Job summary

Ylopo is seeking a detail-oriented GBP Specialist to manage the setup and optimization of Google Business Profile for hundreds of clients monthly. You will communicate by email to collect information, create and update GBP content, and work closely with Google support to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience with Google services, is highly organized, and demonstrates strong English writing and client-management skills. Prior SEO or basic design experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience with Google services (GBP/Ads/Local Services/Analytics).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written English and client communication skills.
• Bonus: SEO background and basic design skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform


• Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization


• Create and update contents in client’s GBP profile


• Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client’s GBP profile


• Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years experience in Google services (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics)


• The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking


• Great written English and communication /client management skills


• Preferably with background in SEO and basic design skills


• Team-player, adaptable and with problem solving skills


• Experience with Zendesk and Google Workspace is a plus

System Requirements:

• Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required


• MUST have the latest Operating System


• Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space


• MUST have a back‑up Computer with the same specs as the main device


• A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must


• At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp


• Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)


• Back up power source

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: rate starts at PHP 40,000
