Horizontal Talent is seeking a detail-oriented marketing operations coordinator to support a large-scale event. You will coordinate participant contracting, track progress, and prepare documentation while partnering with Legal, Finance, and Accounting to keep initiatives moving.

You will maintain SOPs, generate status reports, and assist with post-event tasks such as verification and payment-readiness. This role emphasizes organization and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations or project management.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of project management tools or tracking systems.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams and positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative workflows supporting participant contracting.
