Job summary

Nmble Hiring Solutions in Raleigh is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to own the marketing stack, including HubSpot or Marketo, and maintain CRM sync with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM. You will build pipeline dashboards in GA4, Looker, or Tableau and run attribution reporting that sales and finance rely on.

The role requires 4+ years in marketing operations, with platform ownership, and you may relocate to the Triangle area if needed. A certification in Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Qualifications

• Admin-level HubSpot or Marketo with CRM sync experience.
• Ability to explain attribution to leadership in plain terms.
• Based in the Triangle or willing to relocate to Raleigh area.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing stack and platform ownership.

• Build pipeline dashboards in GA4, Looker or Tableau.
• Run attribution reporting acceptable by sales and finance.
• Automate workflows with Zapier and API connections.
• Launch campaigns built with demand gen and content.
