Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Orlando is seeking an organized Local Marketing Assistant to support reporting and administrative functions. The role acts as a liaison between Local Marketing, hotel staff and tour guests, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data handling.

You will process tours, transportation reservations, and generate routine reports. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, proficiency with Word and Excel, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Basic administration and reporting experience required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Marketing with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Manifest tours and create transportation reservations for Local Marketing.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Interface between Local Marketing, hotel staff and tour guests.
• Ensure high level of customer service.
