Job summary

Honeycomb is a fully distributed company focused on observability tooling and developer experiences. We seek a Marketing/Revenue Operations professional to own end-to-end reporting that ties marketing efforts to revenue and to collaborate with marketing and sales on attribution and lead scoring.

You will leverage AI tools to surface actionable insights and drive campaign ROI, supported by a distributed culture and equity-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, revenue operations, or GTM roles.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools.
• Working knowledge of MQLs and curiosity about AI.
