Perplexity is scaling rapidly and seeks a Business Operations Manager to run the operating system behind a busy Communications and Marketing team. You will own the tool stack, build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows, and ensure smooth cross-functional handoffs so launches stay on track.

You will lead vendor relationships, coordinate with Legal and Finance on contracts, and partner with senior executives to turn ideas into scalable processes that drive growth and efficiency.

Competenze

• 4-7 years in marketing operations, business operations, or similar systems-and-process roles.
• Experience building tools, automations, or dashboards, with AI tooling already part of workflow.
• Strong analytical instincts; able to translate inputs into trusted numbers.
• Experience managing agencies, contractors, or vendor relationships with Legal/Finance on contracts.
• Excellent organization and relationship skills; clear communicator with executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and scale, building scalable processes.

Mansioni

• Own the marketing and comms tool stack: evaluate, procure, onboard, provision access, train the team, and retire outdated tools.
• Build and maintain internal calendars, intake forms, dashboards, trackers, and automations; ensure reliability as teams grow.
• Run the team operating rhythm: priorities, calendars, planning cycles, and cross-functional handoffs from idea to launch.
• Manage agencies, contractors, and vendors through selection, onboarding, scopes, invoices, renewals, and performance.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to move contracts and procurement smoothly.
• Be the connective tissue: track who does what, surface dependencies, and keep teams aligned without extra meetings.
• Act as thought partner to leadership: inform, triage, propose solutions, and drive them through to completion.
• Add rigor without creating overhead; distinguish useful processes from bureaucracy.
