Job summary

Northwestern Mutual seeks a senior Marketing leader to partner with the Marketing leadership team, Chiefs-of-Staff in adjacent functions, and Finance to align objectives and budgets. This role enables strategic initiatives, ensures interlocks, and drives operational efficiencies while guiding ROI-focused programs.

The leader will head Marketing's PMO, optimize capacity and budgets, and execute programs aligned with the MYS plan, roadmap, and vision, providing trusted counsel to the VP and Head

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing with progressive leadership.
• Understanding of sales cycles and product lifecycles affecting marketing.
• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing with cross-channel attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing's strategy, measurement, and planning processes.
• Oversee PMO, budgeting, and alignment with multi-year strategy.
• Provide executive advisory and communications to the VP/Head of Marketing.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and change management within marketing.
