CLEAResult is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to create internal and external communications, including corporate collateral, PR, CSR, and thought leadership content. The role emphasizes tactical execution, calendar management, intranet updates, and cross-team coordination to keep messaging aligned with our culture and values.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a BA degree, and strong AP style writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with AP style writing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Contact Monkey.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and format internal and external communications to ensure a consistent voice aligned with our culture.
• Manage the internal communications calendar and coordinate day-to-day activities across departments.
• Maintain and update intranet content to keep information current and accurate.
• Revamp and deploy the internal communications intake and project management process.
• Draft and distribute internal communications, including intranet updates, newsletters, and company-wide emails.
• Support the team by incorporating analytics and recommending improvements to communications programs, approaches, and tools.
