Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced events professional to lead the corporate events strategy and manage end-to-end execution. You will collaborate with marketing leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and speaking engagements for company spokespeople.

Expect hands-on coordination of logistics, vendors, and on-site operations across events. The role requires 4-6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (certified meeting planner preferred), and the ability to manage

Job Description

4-6+ years relevant experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Certified meeting planner preferred Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation; Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development; Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs; Manage vendors and event contractors; Provide onsite coordination of corporate events; Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events; Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets; Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance; Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams;

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
