We are the market leader in real estate communications and are seeking performance-driven team members to join our expanding team.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with proven results, HubSpot expertise, and SaaS experience. This role reports to the CMO.

About You:

You will own our marketing contact database. The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic thinker with deep expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns and workflows in HubSpot within B2B SaaS organizations serving SMB customers in the US.

A qualified individual will proactively drive processes, own outcomes, and report KPIs effectively to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company serving SMBs.
  • Full ownership of HubSpot campaigns, emails, texts, tasks, workflows, sequences, reports, and forecasting, creating demand for both self-onboarding and sales-assisted products.
  • Extensive experience with database management, segmentation, and campaign measurement to produce benchmark results.
  • Proven success in implementing, executing, and scaling integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks independently with limited resources, from idea to launch.
  • Hands-on approach, balancing strategy and execution with an execution-first mindset.
  • Proactive in process driving, ownership, and KPI reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Passionate about data-driven decision-making.
  • Logical thinker with a self-starter attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, quick learner, highly coachable, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English.
  • Willing and able to work in US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Start-up experience is highly desirable.
  • Certified HubSpot expert with demonstrated experience.
  • Experience with sales-oriented copywriting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage marketing contact data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and sales sequences, including list segmentation, copywriting, lead routing, and reporting.
  • Maintain data hygiene and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Create and optimize workflows and sequences to improve campaign metrics.
  • Develop scalable processes for campaigns and lead management.
  • Document and systematize processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
  • Analyze campaign data, report KPIs regularly, and optimize strategies accordingly.
