Job description

Position Summary: This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct event registration
• Complete gift compilation
• Maintain property knowledge
• Interact with guests and provide event information
• Enter guest information for events
• Maintain and respect confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information
• Unload and organize promotional gifts

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

• Set‑up and tear‑down event equipment and furniture
• Independently perform related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked work area
• Assist the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors as needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Professional communication of event details to guests
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills

• Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management System
