Job summary

Mohegan Sun welcomes applicants for an on-call Event Operations role within the Marketing team. You will issue tickets, gifts, and promotions for events and provide superior guest service.

Responsibilities include event registration, data entry, confiential guest information handling, and assisting with setup and teardown. Prior experience with event programs is a plus; training on Artemis/Avatar will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate event details clearly to guests.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Issues tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events.
• Conducts event registration and provides event information to guests.
• Enters guest information for events and maintains confidentiality of guest data.
• Sets up and tears down event equipment and furniture as needed.
• Keeps work area clean and stocked; assists Marketing Operations Manager.
