Advantech USA is seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing & Project Operations Coordinator to support Product Managers and Marketing teams. The role focuses on executing operational activities, maintaining data quality, supporting marketing and product workflows, processing sales leads, and coordinating cross‑functional administrative tasks.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Product Management, Product Sales Management, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure data accuracy, timely workflow,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or project coordination.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP/PLM systems.
• Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and classify leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Support lead assignment, contact list building, deduplication, and data hygiene.
• Maintain product information across internal systems including databases and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows among Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
• Identify data inconsistencies and escalate issues to the respective owner.
