Monster Energy is seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager in the United States to manage the lifecycle of Americas marketing contracts through Conga. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals while serving as the link between Marketing, Legal, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or relevant field.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Review the Conga front-end approval queue to identify new requests, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and compliant before routing for approval.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Legal and Marketing for agreement-related matters.
• Distribute marketing agreements for internal review and approval; communicate revisions and coordinate translations as needed.
• Manage marketing contracts in Conga, track end dates, and maintain account records.
• Respond to emails promptly and stay available on Teams for quick questions from teams.
• Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings and provide guidance as needed.
• Prepare for calls with advance review and final prep for each meeting.
• Produce weekly status reports on agreements pending signature; generate monthly reports on agency partnerships.
• Assist in creating training decks and testing template forms
