Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Project Manager to support the Promotion Assets Manager on domestic and international campaigns. You will coordinate apparel requests, launch kits and promotional items, acting as the hub among Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Licensing, and external partners.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You will manage timelines, budgets and inventory, ensuring initiatives stay on track and on budget across regions, with data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in CPM/CPG or product development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Promotions Assets Manager on domestic and international projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate apparel requests, launch kits, promotional items and other projects with stakeholders.
• Serve as central hub connecting Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Licensing and external partners.
• Navigate inventory systems to order and track promotional items.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and manage timelines.
