About the Role
NOCO is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Operations & Program Management Lead to bring structure, accountability, and operational rigor to a fast-growing marketing organization.
This role will own the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across marketing, ecommerce, creative, product, and other teams. You’ll turn strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, timelines, workstreams, and action plans - then drive execution through completion.
The ideal candidate is a natural operator and owner who anticipates what needs to happen next, keeps teams aligned, communicates clearly, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage roadmaps, project plans, timelines, milestones, and workstreams for key marketing initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables
- Run effective meetings, establish agendas, document decisions, and send clear meeting recaps and action items
- Own project follow-up and drive accountability across teams without direct authority
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and gaps - and develop solutions before they impact timelines
- Maintain visibility into project status, priorities, and upcoming milestones
- Provide clear updates to leadership on progress, risks, decisions, and next stepsHelp establish scalable processes and operating rhythms as the marketing organization grows globally and across product categories
- Support strategic marketing initiatives, including ecommerce, affiliate, creator, social commerce, product launches, and other growth programs
- Use data and business context to prioritize initiatives and measure impact
What We’re Looking For
- 4–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, ecommerce, partnerships, performance marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and manage roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-through and a demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion
- Comfortable working independently and creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Must live in Texas, Florida, Washington, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, or Arizona.
Preferred Experience
- Marketing, ecommerce, affiliate, creator, social commerce, or performance marketing experience
- Experience supporting global or multi-category organizations
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Understanding of how marketing initiatives translate into revenue and business results
