Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, marketing operations, or financial services marketing.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from planning through execution.
• Support marketing operations, workflows, budgets, and administrative processes.
• Manage collateral fulfillment, branch merchandising coordination, vendor coordination, and department communications.
• Maintain marketing calendars, reports, and campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure marketing activities meet quality, brand, compliance, and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional support to internal business partners and contribute to a positive member experience.
