Job summary

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a Marketing Operations & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This role supports execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across Tareen Dermatology locations, keeping campaigns, content, events, and outreach activities organized and on schedule.

Working with the Director of Marketing and partners, you will drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement while supporting referral growth.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, locations, and partners
• Experience with social media, email, content-management, CRM, and other marketing tools
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally, including events
• Familiarity with approved AI tools and marketing technology
• Healthcare/dermatology experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables using Asana and other tools
• Coordinate campaign calendars across Marketing, providers, clinics, and partners
• Support website updates, email/SMS content, testing, and campaign rollout
• Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and materials
• Coordinate vendors, signage, and promotional materials
• Help develop repeatable marketing processes and templates
• Coordinate content from providers, staff, locations for campaigns
• Support photography/video coordination and consent-compliant content
