Job summary

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to support clinical teams across our South region clinics, ensuring efficient patient care with coaching, workflow improvements, and consistent day-to-day operations across locations.

You’ll lead and develop clinical staff, coordinate onboarding, and partner with clinic leaders on performance improvements while prioritizing safety, infection control, and quality standards in a dermatology setting.

Qualifications

• An associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of leadership experience in a medical setting.
• The ability to coach staff, solve problems, and manage priorities across multiple busy clinics.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a patient focused approach.
• Familiarity with clinical operations and medical terminology. Dermatology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support clinical staff across assigned clinics.
• Help onboard and train team members, address staffing concerns, and partner with clinic leaders on performance improvement.
• Monitor patient flow, staff coverage, supplies, and daily operations to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with providers, site leads, and the Director of Clinical Operations to introduce and reinforce clinical workflows and process improvements.
• Support safety, infection control, quality standards, and applicable clinical compliance requirements.
• Help resolve escalated patient concerns and promote a positive patient experience.
