ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Operations Manager will streamline marketing efforts, improve processes, and ensure successful campaign execution. Ideal candidates are highly organized, strong communicators, analytical, and passionate about marketing performance optimization.
This role involves managing marketing tools, systems, data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support efficient marketing campaigns. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to optimize marketing programs, utilize data for decision-making, and enhance overall performance.
THE DETAILS
This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel (1-2 times per year).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Technology & Systems Management
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (email platforms, automation tools).
- Ensure tool integration and alignment with marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain marketing automation best practices, including data hygiene and segmentation.
- Manage prospect database for marketing, including organization, segmentation, and data quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing campaigns and tools.
Campaign Execution and Process Improvement
- Collaborate on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Build and launch email and nurture campaigns via automation.
- Manage end-to-end email campaign processes.
- Implement A/B testing and other experiments for campaign refinement.
- Streamline marketing processes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure email and landing page alignment with best practices and brand guidelines.
Data and Analytics
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies for personalized content.
Project Management
- Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely project delivery.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Act as liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Support sales with lead management and reporting.
- Train team members on marketing systems and processes.
Budget and Vendor Management
- Assist with budget planning and adherence.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.

SALARY RANGE
- $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and location.
