Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Product and Operations, the Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in improving processes and execution across the marketing team by ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. This role will be responsible for leading the coordination of marketing communication plans across functions, aligning resources to priorities, tracking and measuring marketing outputs, and identifying and executing on improvement opportunities. Additionally, this role will lead planning and execution for marketing meetings like town halls and creative reviews, and improve key tools that make onboarding and collaboration more effective. An ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should be able to simplify complex ideas, craft compelling stories, have high attention to detail, and manage through ambiguity.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Marketing ROI: Support Marketing to meet revenue and margin goals by maximizing revenue by customer segment/business, and improving marketing output per employee.
  2. Project delivery deadlines are met.
  3. People: Retention, Engagement, Enablement.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for North America, ensure effective resource allocation, develop detailed budget plans, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare reports on marketing budgets and performance, analyze metrics, track progress, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Campaign/Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across marketing to ensure alignment, foster relationships, and coordinate projects for synergy and results.
  • Support Efficiencies: Improve marketing processes, address gaps, and partner with Marketing Technology to support efficiencies and tracking.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership across marketing operations, foster collaboration, address skill gaps, and promote continuous improvement.
Required Experience
  • Ability to foster excellent relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience with business integration, transformation, new processes, and securing C-suite buy-in.
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, focusing on planning, strategy, and budget management.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies in complex, multi-channel environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience with team motivation and inspiration.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of North American market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Base Pay Range

$84,300 - $109,600 USD annually. Starting pay varies based on location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may include overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance bonuses.
