Apex Systems in Foster City, CA is seeking a Marketing Manager to act as the central hub for marketing operations. The role focuses on building scalable processes, aligning sub-teams, and delivering cross-functional campaigns on time and on budget.

You will manage the marketing master plan, coordinate with finance on budgets, and communicate performance through quarterly reviews. A BS in Marketing/Business and 6–8 years of PM/Operations experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or similar role.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflow processes and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Audit, design, and implement scalable operational processes and workflows across marketing sub-teams.
• Identify and integrate project management and reporting tools to unify the system of record.
• Lead the marketing master work plan with timelines and dependencies across campaigns and launches.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of high-priority cross-functional projects; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and executive reports with KPIs and status updates.
• Structure meetings, agendas, and follow-ups; partner with Finance to forecast and reconcile budgets.
