This newly created role is an integral part of the Marketing team and a member of the Operational Leadership Team. The Marketing Operations Manager will contribute to strategy and build the foundation needed to expand work across market activation and product commercialization, samples, visual assets, sales and dealer enablement, designated training programs, state purchasing contracts, events, and other dealer‑and customer‑facing initiatives. Content will be provided by Marketing in collaboration with New Product Development and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Media and Visual Assets: Establish and manage systems that support coordinated media planning and efficient visual asset access, including a central calendar for commitments, deadlines, renewals, budgets, and deliverables and an accessible inventory of approved project, product, and brand imagery.
  • Administrative Support: Direct and coordinate administrative support for execution details across Samples, events, trade shows, Hussey University, and AIA programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities will evolve as the Marketing function and business continue to grow.
