Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Event Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, events, commercial operations, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with events, training programs, contract administration, compliance processes, CRM, marketing automation, project management, inventory management, media planning, creative workflows, or digital asset management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and contemporary business, collaboration, and project-management platforms.
• Ability and willingness to travel and provide on-site event support, as required.
• Ability to work a minimum of three days on-site in North Berwick, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Standardize marketing processes and tools; develop SOPs and calendars.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align marketing, product, sales, IT, and other functions.
• Lead events and trade shows; manage budgets, timelines, and post-event follow-up.
• Improve samples intake, inventory visibility, and fulfillment.
• Lead state purchasing contracts development and administration.
• Manage Hussey University events and AIA CE programs.
• Manage media and visual assets systems and inventories.
• Provide administrative support for events and programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
