About Photobucket

Photobucket has been connecting people through shared photos and videos for over 20 years. Today we’re evolving our platform into something bigger: private, intuitive, beautifully designed shared spaces for group experiences. We’re creating a digital third place for communities to thrive. Think: less photo storage utility, more community connection engine.

We’re building the systems, delightful products, and team that will fuel the next generation of shared digital experiences; we need someone who can help keep the marketing machine running with precision, clarity, and momentum.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who loves structure, thrives in organized chaos, and gets a weird amount of joy out of checking boxes and finishing things.

This is not a “keep the calendar updated” role. This is the operational heartbeat of our marketing department.

You’ll orchestrate workflows, untangle bottlenecks, bring visibility to moving parts, and make sure marketing, product and external partners are all rowing in the same direction. On time, on budget, and with zero surprises.

If you love turning execution into measurable outcomes and simplifying the story so that it is clear to our leadership team, this role will feel like home.

What You’ll Own (and Crush)
  • Run the flow of marketing work: campaigns, content, creative, launches, experiments.
  • Create calm out of chaos by building timelines, defining handoffs, mapping dependencies, and keeping everything moving.
  • Own and refine our project management ecosystem (Asana is your playground).
  • Track every deliverable, milestone, owner, and deadline so execution stays predictable and drama-free.
  • Maintain our marketing calendars, dashboards, and weekly status updates.
  • Track KPIs, budgets, OKRs, and performance and package insights for leadership always telling the story with clarity and precision.
  • Facilitate fast, clean communication between marketing, product, engineering, and external vendors.
  • Spot bottlenecks early and design smarter processes that increase team speed and reduce friction.
  • Ensure every campaign, product launch, and internal initiative flows through a standardized, high-quality production process.
Who Thrives Here
  • You’ve spent 3–5+ years managing marketing workflows and operations (B2C SaaS experience is a major plus).
  • You’re fluent in Asana or a similar tool, and maybe even a bit obsessive about using it well.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently; you break down complexity into digestible pieces.
  • You’re a detail addict in the best possible way.
  • You’ve managed creative production and cross-team handoffs without losing your sanity.
  • You can analyze data, track performance, and build clean reports for execs and the board.
  • You enjoy partnering closely with leadership and serving as an execution engine for the Company.
  • You’re process-minded, disciplined, and have a special power of suppressing chaos.
Why Join Photobucket
  • Massive impact on how our marketing team scales
  • Work directly with executive leadership
  • A high-growth environment where operational excellence is truly valued
Seniority level
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Industries: Software Development

  • Medical insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k)
