• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• 7-10+ years leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing strategic marketing organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic marketing transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience operating in multi-route-to-market environments.
• Willingness to work on-site 80%+ and relocate within reasonable commuting distance of North Berwick within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic marketing roadmap aligned with revenue, share, and profitability goals.
• Own end-to-end marketing strategy, from vision and roadmap to operational delivery.
• Define differentiated market positioning and value propositions that strengthen brand and market leadership.
• Increase pipeline, revenue growth, and customer value across direct and dealer channels.
• Use data to inform investment decisions, segmentation, and growth strategy in alignment with business goals, performance and ROI.
• Establish KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and marketing ROI.
• Translate data, trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic action.
• Ensure consistent messaging across direct sales and dealer channels.
• Create new product roadmap, including launches, pricing, and GTM strategy.
