Job summary

Hussey Seating Company in North Berwick, ME seeks a Project Manager for Major Projects to coordinate order processing, production, and installation of seating projects for sports and entertainment venues.

You will lead schedules, manage multiple projects, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Installation teams, ensure on-time completion, safety, and customer satisfaction, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• 5 years Project Management or Construction Management experience. A background in building construction or sports/entertainment facility development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on or before contractual completion dates while meeting budgeted margins and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects (3–6) through various stages of execution.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules with Customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Installation teams; coordinate with on-site trades.
• Coordinate internal project activities across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, and Shipping to ensure alignment.
• Own post-sale communications and negotiations with general contractors, architects, and owners.
