Skydio is hiring a contract marketing operations manager to run the systems behind its marketing programs. The role connects campaigns, events, direct mail, BDR outreach, lead routing, enrichment, Salesforce hygiene, and reporting into a cleaner revenue motion.

This position focuses on making the commercial engine behind autonomous drones more reliable, measurable, and fast for complex public safety, utility, defense, and enterprise markets.

Qualifikationen

• Marketing operations or RevOps experience with hands-on Salesforce ownership.
• Deep Marketo experience across program architecture, smart lists, scoring, and Salesforce sync.
• Ability to turn recurring GTM operations problems into durable workflows or automation.
• Comfort working with data, enrichment tools, reporting systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own marketing program operations, including builds, templates, segmentation, scoring, and QA.
• Maintain lead routing, assignment logic, enrichment, and data quality with the RevOps team.
• Partner with Sales and BDR teams on Salesforce requests, record hygiene, and reporting.
• Improve the marketing stack so programs launch cleanly and hand off to reps without friction.
