BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Operations Partner to collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and cross-functional marketing projects. You’ll have visibility across the business and drive alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You’ll support planning, analytics, and governance, developing processes, dashboards, and reporting to improve performance and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, startups, scale-ups, or multinational corporations).
• Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Drive execution and follow-up of cross-functional marketing projects with accountability and timely delivery.
• Support Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Marketing Operations to ensure continuity and high-performance execution.
• Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and visibility across marketing functions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure communication, prioritization, and alignment of projects.
