Job summary

Interstates seeks a Marketing Workflow Manager to organize and optimize the Marketing team’s projects, priorities, and schedules across multiple offices. You will connect business goals with team capacity, guiding initiatives from intake to delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience in marketing operations and process improvement across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of experience managing projects, programs, or operations within a marketing or communications environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational hub for the Marketing team, aligning priorities and timelines.
• Lead complex marketing and cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into progress and capacity.
• Improve workflows, templates, and tools to scale Marketing efforts.
