Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead management, marketing operations, or sales pipeline optimization in tech or hardware.
Proven track record of improving lead-to-opportunity conversion rates and pipeline performance.
Strong analytical skills with experience building pipeline dashboards and executive reports.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lead processes, capture, routing, nurturing, and conversion to a high-quality sales pipeline.
Track key metrics: New Leads, MQL volume, Sales Registered Leads, engagement, and conversion rates.
Design and optimize MQL criteria, scoring, and routing; manage lead distribution across sales teams.
Improve sales tools and processes (templates, reminders, search) to reduce friction and boost adoption.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive adoption of Marketing-qualified leads and run cross-functional programs.
