Qualifications

• At least one year of experience at Middlebury College.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with various Middlebury student groups in creative and meaningful ways.
• Ability and desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage logistics for in-person and online MiddCORE programming.
• Operations: Cultivate leads for MiddCORE programs, following up with prospective students.
• Operations: Support MiddCORE/Hub-related events, alumni events, and alumni groups (via Slack).
• Operations: Develop creative strategies to connect/engage with the student body.
• Operations: Collect and analyze data on the MiddCORE experience.
