Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, seeks a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the Central Marketing team with mailroom and print center operations, meetings, events, and logistics.

The role requires strong organization, service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with internal teams, vendors, and admin functions to ensure efficient operations, onboarding support, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in administrative support, office operations, print services, event coordination, mailroom operations, or related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional, service-oriented communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broad team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating vendors, purchasing, invoices, shipping, or events preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift, move, or transport packages, printed materials, supplies, and event materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mailroom operations and print center workflow.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery needs with internal teams and external carriers.
• Manage print center workflow, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate production of printed materials, including marketing collateral and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain SOPs for mailroom and print center activities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Central Marketing team.
• Order office, kitchen, meeting, and departmental supplies.
• Manage designated purchasing-card transactions and reconciliation.
• Assist with scheduling, room reservations, catering, meeting materials, and onsite logistics.
• Support onboarding activities for new Central Marketing employees.
• Maintain team contact lists, distribution lists, calendars, and records.
