Job summary

Thyroxine SERB seeks an Associate Director, Marketing Operations to drive scalable, compliant marketing execution across rare disease and emergency medicine products. The role can be based in Cambridge, MA or Conshohocken, PA with a 3 day onsite schedule, partnering with Commercial Leadership, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and external partners.

You will oversee PRC/MLR management, material lifecycle, governance, and operations, while building a capable Marketing Operations team to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing operations experience.
• Experience coordinating PRC/MLR in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute marketing operations strategy across brands.
• Lead PRC/MLR processes and ensure compliance.
