Job summary

CARE International is seeking a proactive Coordinator, Marketing Operations to support the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing team. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle expenses, prepare meetings, and help run defined marketing projects and production activities.

You will also assist with budget and procurement processes, maintain departmental resources and guides, and ensure cross-functional partners stay aligned on timelines and decisions with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executives or C-suite is a plus.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the CMO, including calendar management and meeting prep.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person meeting logistics and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely, compliant manner.
• Support budget and procurement processes with the Marketing Operations team.
• Draft, edit, and maintain departmental resources and guides.
• Track decisions, deadlines, and dependencies across projects.
