Job summary

KeenView in San Diego is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute structured, detail-oriented marketing tasks in a 100% in-office, full-time role. You will work with AI-search platforms and digital information, completing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of office experience, excellent written English, and a passion for organized, methodical work. Training will be provided to support onboarding and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time office experience in an in-person setting.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys detailed, computer-based work and repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy
• Willing to work in our San Diego office Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Complete structured marketing and AI-search projects.
• Work with digital information, content, and technology.
• Review information carefully for accuracy and completeness.
• Complete detailed computer-based tasks efficiently and consistently.
• Follow established processes and project requirements; perform QA.
• Track and document completed projects; elevate issues as needed.
• Work independently through large task lists and collaborate with teams
