Job summary

KeenView in San Diego is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute structured, detail-oriented marketing tasks in a 100% in-office, full-time role. You will work with AI-search platforms and digital information, completing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of office experience, excellent written English, and a passion for organized, methodical work. Training will be provided to support onboarding and growth.

About the Role

KeenView is a fast-growing AI technology company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our San Diego team.

This is an opportunity to work in one of the fastest-changing areas of technology: how businesses are discovered across Google and leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.

This is a highly execution-focused position. You will spend most of your workday at a computer completing structured, detailed, and often repetitive work. This is not a client-facing, creative, or marketing strategy role.

The right person genuinely enjoys getting into a workflow, working through detailed tasks systematically, and seeing a large amount of work move from not completed to completed.

You do not need previous AI search experience. We provide extensive training on our technology, systems, processes, and approach.

We're looking for someone who is intelligent, has excellent written English, is exceptionally detail-oriented, learns technology quickly, and takes pride in completing work accurately and consistently.
