We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role will support the execution of digital marketing efforts inside HubSpot and assist with CRM tasks, campaign reporting, and general marketing operations. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM systems within a fast-growing SaaS company that serves the public sector.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Operations Manager.
What you will do:
- Email Campaign Support: Build, schedule, and test marketing emails in HubSpot, including newsletters, nurture flows, and promotional sends
- Landing Pages & Forms: Help create and maintain landing pages and forms in HubSpot, ensuring they align with campaigns and best practices
- List Building & Segmentation: Build smart lists and segments based on contact behavior, job titles, and campaign goals
- CRM Hygiene: Support the upkeep of HubSpot and Salesforce contact records, helping ensure clean data and alignment between systems
- Reporting: Help pull basic performance metrics (email opens, clicks, form submissions, etc.) and contribute to dashboard updates
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to help deliver campaign assets on time
- Marketing Admin: Assist with internal calendars, asset organization, meeting notes, QA checks, and general campaign coordination
What we're looking for:
- 0–3years of marketing, sales support, or communications experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform (academic or internship experience is fine!)
- Some exposure to Salesforce or another CRM is a plus
- Basic understanding of email marketing principles and marketing funnels
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and organizing data
- Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

- Basic HTML knowledge (for email formatting)
- Familiarity with public sector or B2B marketing

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $21/hr-$24/hr
