Job summary

ANB Bank is seeking a Marketing Specialist to coordinate banking marketing requests and manage promotional items, invoices, and vendor relationships. The role supports distribution of marketing materials and campaign activities across branches.

The position requires strong communications skills, the ability to track budgets, and knowledge of marketing processes. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Marketing coordination experience or strong related skills.
• Ability to coordinate items, invoices and budgets for campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing requests for the bank and related groups.
• Route artwork for sign-offs and gather timing assets.
• Assist with customer mailings, sales leads, and campaign emails.
• Process and file invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Track marketing budgets and promotional item distribution.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and banking regulations.
