ANB Bank is seeking a Marketing Specialist to coordinate banking marketing requests and manage promotional items, invoices, and vendor relationships. The role supports distribution of marketing materials and campaign activities across branches.

The position requires strong communications skills, the ability to track budgets, and knowledge of marketing processes. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with competitive benefits.

Hiring Pay Ranges: $19.25 - $32.00 per hour

• Marketing Specialist I - $19.25 - $26.50 per hour
• Marketing Specialist II - $21.25 - $29.00 per hour
• Marketing Specialist III - $23.25 - $32.00 per hour
  • This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program
  • The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary

• The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to coordinate all marketing requests for the bank and other groups. The position will handle a number of administration items, including the coordination of all bank promotional items, processing marketing invoices, tracking departmental expenses, and assisting with vendor relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and track all marketing promotional items, business cards, desk plates, and name badge requests.
• Route artwork to stakeholders, making sure that necessary sign-offs are received in proper order.
• Clarify details of marketing requests, including gathering necessary assets and timing parameters from requestor.
• Assist with list management for customer mailings, sales lead lists, campaign sales initiatives, and emails.
• Process and file invoices.
• Learn about and become familiar with the Bank's deposit products.
• Work with vendors for the development and pricing of bank promotional items, companywide and regional requests.
• Track corporate marketing and branch budgets for promotional items.
• Researches new promotional ideas for the branches.
• Be the point person to follow all complaint procedures.
• Facilitates the distribution of marketing materials to each branch- when necessary, lifting up to 50lbs.
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
• Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
• Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
• Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Marketing Specialist I

• No experience required.

Marketing Specialist II

• One year of communications and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of other work history and/or education.
• Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related marketing field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous bank operations or marketing experience preferred.

Marketing Specialist III

• Two to three years of communications and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of other work history and/or education.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related marketing field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous bank operations or marketing experience preferred.
